Concentrate contains stabilisers to produce 1 litre of long shelf life carbol fuchsin for use in the Ziehl Neelsen technique for TB and acid-fast bacilli. The stabilisers included prevent 'sludging' [precipitation of principle components], helping to prevent the usual deterioration and provide long shelf life. Produces 1 litre. Prepare with DI water and alcohol.
